- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Address issues
- High order volume
- Other circumstances outside our control
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be shown during the ordering or checkout process.
For bulk or large-volume orders, shipping arrangements may vary depending on the order.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order details so that we can check the shipment status.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is also dependent on the courier’s service and delivery network.
